Dear 250 Arthur Street Purchasers,
Jimtom Developments are pleased to advise that the basement slab has been poured and that Custom Build is preparing for the basement walls and ground floor slab. This will be completed before next construction update is issued and hopefully they are able to make a start on the frames.
