Project Update – July 2020
Jimtom Developments are very pleased with how things are going on site at Ballantyne Street, the builder has kept up excellent progress.
The cladding is almost completed, roof is on and 80% of the internal rough in complete. They are expecting to see plaster being installed in the next week if all goes well.
At this stage they are anticipating settlements to be towards the end of October, early November pending on the authorities. However these dates may be subject to change in this current environment.
