The Developer’s of Arbory have passed on the following updates:

• Demolition is now completed with the last house removed.
• Site cut and site preparation to commence shortly.

Construction to start in approximately 4 weeks as the building surveyor will not issue a building permit to start construction until South East Water completes a sewer alteration, the wait times for SEW to complete the works is expected to be 4 weeks.
