Project Update: March 2020
Local crew Buildkomm officially commenced construction on Botanic this Valentine’s Day on February 14, 2020. Practical completion is scheduled for an expedited period of 38 weeks.
The team is off to a great start and we’re excited to announce the following works have been completed on site:
– Site set-up
– Tree protection
– 60+ screw piles installed
– Excavation/site cut in preparation for concrete slabs
– Underground plumbing and drainage installed
– Street tree removal
– Dual crossovers installed and redundant crossover remediated
– Windows, structural steel, joinery, prefabricated timber frames and trusses ordered and in the manufacturing stages within a controlled warehouse environment
Exciting times ahead next month as the project rises from the ground and takes shape.
