Project Update – June 2021
Dear CV Windsor Purchasers,
The development team of CV Windsor are pleased to advise that construction is progressing well as our recent lockdown and following restrictions did not delay works. The following works are underway:
- Currently, the development team have topped out the building and are installing services.
- Windows are beginning to appear
- Waterproofing is occurring
- Internal walls are being erected.
The teams current work schedule is on track for an end of year practical completion with settlement to occur in early 2022.
