Immerse Richmond

Dear Immerse Purchasers,

The developer of Immerse Richmond is pleased to advise on the current status of works:

• The bulk excavation works to the bottom of Basement 2 are now complete, with the retention system (incl. ground anchors) also effectively complete – all walls have shotcrete and the capping beam complete.
• Foundation piling is well underway and commenced on 25/11. Detailed excavation of the foundation pads will commence with aim to pour all five (5) pads to Basement 2. Following these works, the foundation piling contractor will complete the piling and demobilise from site 3 December 2021.
• While works to the Basement 1 slab on ground is being formed (commenced on 30/11), the Basement 2 columns will be formed, and the crane base / lift core to Basement 2 will be poured.

Future works:

• Post completion of the piling, and the pouring of the pads to both Basement 1 and Basement 2, the slabs on ground and columns will be prepared (including civil drainage and hydraulics), formed and poured, followed by the suspended slab over the west end of Basement 2.

Anticipated completion is expected at the end of 2022.
