Dear Immerse Purchasers,
The Developer’s of Immerse have passed on the following updates regarding Settlement estimations:
The builder will obtain a certificate of occupancy at the end of this month, despite a couple of external fixtures to the rear of the building that maybe outstanding it will not hold up the certificate of occupancy.
The builder will walk the purchasers through the apartments and attend to any issues and rectify any defects so that by end of February they can move in.
