The Developer’s of Locale have passed on the following updates:

• Crane base, lift core and raft slab all poured.
• Tower crane installed and commissioned.
• Shotcrete completed for 90% of site.
• Bulk excavation completed for 95% of site.
• Installation of sacrificial struts along Western Elevation in line with IFC basement retention design.
• Commence structural pad footings throughout SOG.
• Commence civil drainage.

• Slab on ground complete
