Dear Marida Purchasers,

Please find the following updates below from the builders on-site:

Construction has been pretty slow the past few months, Edgepoint Homes have been having issues securing framing crews for the site but now have been able to sort that out and we have seen great progress the past month or so.

Frames are expected to be complete mid-November, and they’ll push on with external and internal lock up.

Overall, the completion is expected to be around June 2023.
