Project Update – June 2020
Syndicate Property have advised that the frames have been completed. In addition to the complex design there have been a number of delays as a result of COVID-19 work restrictions, weather, tight access and OH&S compliance.
Work has commenced on External Finishes in order to get the project Locked-Up and is progressing reasonably well. Once the building is Locked-Up and watertight works will move to inside.
Syndicate Property anticipate completion of the project towards late October.
