Dear Immerse Purchasers,
As of August 2022 Immerse Apartments has seen the completion of the Structure.
The height of the building has allowed works to proceed in the below levels as the structure was completed.
Internally, services have been roughed in up to Level 4 with only the upper Skyhome level to go.
Plastering works have commenced on level 1 and will proceed up the building sequentially.
With plastering taking place we are looking forward to commencing the fit out of the building and seeing the internals come to life.
Externally, the façade screen support system has commenced install and as works requiring completion behind the screen such as rendering are completed the screen system will be installed.
