After a site inspection yesterday the developer is happy to report that while the process of winding up the structural works by re-allocating subcontractors continues, the internal partition wall framing to apartments has commenced as has preparation for construction of retaining walls along the west and south boundaries and external terraces. Procurement of all windows and external glazed doors has been finalised with a 9 week delivery time. The target for completion of Q1 2023 remains current.
