Project Update – August 2020
The developer of Southbay Residences has advised that construction is proceeding really well under the circumstances of stage three and stage four COVID-19 restrictions. However, as a result of the shutdown, sourcing of materials is the biggest single delaying factor. For the present, the team are confident of a minimal delay as construction progresses.
Once this period of restrictions ease and the full team are permitted back on site, anticipated is completion likely to be delayed by about 3 weeks.
The team predicts anticipated completion is expected at the end May 2021.
