Project Update – March 2021
Dear Southbay Purchasers
Southbay is almost complete with settlement likely towards mid May, dependent on Council issuing necessary permits and the lodgement of titles.
This means that valuation inspections can now be booked in.
VALUATION INSPECTIONS
Valuation inspections can now be booked in. Please advise your finance broker to contact Carolin from B Central at carolin@bcentral.com.au to arrange your valuation inspection.
In order to get through all inspections in a timely manner, the development team would prefer to book in each floor accordingly.
Second Floor – 7 April 2021
First Floor – 8 April 2021
Ground Floor – 9 April 2021.
If you haven’t already, please make sure you’ve spoken with your financial institution and solicitor in order to be ready for settlement. If you have any concerns regarding settlement, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
PURCHASER INSPECTIONS
The development team are looking to start purchaser inspections the week commencing the 12 April 2021.
We will provide further information on when purchaser inspections can be held in coming weeks.
