Dear 250 Arthur Street Purchasers,
250 Arthur Street is currently 67% complete.
Due to Covid related issues such as material and labour shortage, Jimtom Developments has announced a delay in construction.
Originally scheduled for completion in the 2nd quarter of 2022 it is now been pushed to September 2022.
