Project Update – December 2021
Dear 250 Arthur Street Purchasers,
Jimtom Developments are pleased to advise that 250 Arthur Street is now 55% complete. The following works have been conducted onsite.
- Windows and door frames have been installed
- Scaffolding has been erected
- Roofing works commenced
- Solar installed; and
- Townhouse wrapped for cladding to commence.
The next stage of works to be completed is:
- Roof works to continue
- Cladding to commence; and
- Internal rough in of services to commence.
