Project Update – December 2020
Dear 8 Ballantyne Street Purchasers,
It’s great to see 8 Ballantyne Street in the final stages of practical completion, with settlement imminent.
The development team have advised that the process from here is that the Certificate of Occupancy has been received and they are awaiting titles to be issued. The development team are expecting to receive this within the next week or two. Following this settlements can commence.
Unfortunately, these timeframes are out of their control but hopefully its anticipated that a quick turnaround on this process can be expected.
The developers solicitors have been in contact with your solicitors to prepare you for your upcoming settlement. If your solicitor has not been contacted, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
