Project Update: April 2020
Jimtom Developments are pleased with progress on site at 8 Ballantyne which is very promising with a lot of activity from various trades.
Ground floor timber framing and structural steel was well on its way with the townhouses ground floor starting to take shape.
Practical completion is on track for late November early December 2020 with settlements to occur after that. The development team will provide updates to us to be able to keep purchasers informed as they progress closer to completion so purchasers can prepare for settlement.
