Dear Felton & Grimwade Purchasers,

Please find the following updates below from the builders on-site:

• Structure completed as of 8/10/22.
• Windows from GF-Lv.3 have begun installation. All windows to be completed by end of year.
• Internal framing & services up to Lv3 underway.
• By the end of the quarter, all windows, walls, lift, car lift, joinery & balustrades will be installed
• Practical completion set for Feb/Mar 2023.
