The development team are pleased to announce that construction is progressing very well at Ovation Footscray, with the overall structure now complete.
Around September you will be invited to complete pre settlement inspections to check for defects. Be mindful that you get one pre settlement inspection, you are allowed to bring a building inspector. Further details of this will come when we get finalised dates. If you are looking at leasing the property then Eton Property can complete this for you at no charge.
The developer is expecting settlement around Sept/Oct 2022
