Project Update – September 2021
Dear Park Ave Purchasers,
Milbex are pleased to advise that the following works have been completed onsite:
- The structure is complete
- Façade installed on all levels except 18 & 19
- Wall framing complete up to level 15. Wall lining complete up to level 13.
- Ceiling lining installed on level 12.
- Painting commenced up to level 8.
- Joinery installation commented on level 7.
- Stone installation commented on level 4.
- Appliances installed up to level 2.
Anticipated completion is estimated to be December 2021.
