Project Update – June 2020
The developer of Southbay Residences has advised that after an initial slow start due to unprecedented March to May rainfall, Southbay is on time/targeted to be completed in April/May 2021.
From the photos provided the basement has been poured with the Ground Floor slab programmed to be poured early June.
