Dear Southbay Purchasers
The development team of Southbay Residences have advised that construction is progressing admirably with the internal fitout continuing and the scaffolding gradually being removed.
Currently, the team are estimating to receive Occupancy Permits in March 2021 with all compliance certificates and titles in the weeks that follow.
