Project Update – December 2020
Dear Victoriana Purchasers
JD Group are pleased to advise that construction is progressing well with the following works now complete:
- Timber flooring and prime painting up to Level 15
- Joinery installation up to Level 14
- Tiling up to Level 13
- Defecting Levels 1-7
- Energisation Ground Floor – Level 9
- Commissioning Ground Floor – Level 6
- Corridor carpet and metal ceiling to Levels 1-9; and
- Timber battens to Levels 1-5.
Anticipated completion is expected mid-2021.
