Project Update – August 2021
Dear 250 Arthur Street Purchasers,
Jimtom Developments are pleased to advise that:
- Townhomes 2 & 3 have their Ground Floor frames underway.
- Backfilling around the basement is now complete.
- Basement supports have now been removed ready for clean-up and driveway to be poured.
- Frameworks will continue with structural steel to be installed and Level 1 framework to commence.
