Project Update – October 2021
Dear 250 Arthur Street Purchasers,
Jimtom Developments are pleased to advise that:
- Ground Floor framing continuing
- Level 1 beams & posis installed
- Level 1 framework commenced, and
- Roof trusses installation commenced.
The next stage of works to be completed is:
- Roof trusses to be completed
- Level 1 cladding to be completed
- Windows to be installed
- Scaffolding to be erected
- Roofing to commence.
