• Framing commenced

Upcoming

• Roofing install
• Cladding install
• Rough in for electrician, plumb, h &C – Fire services rough in work.
• Plaster

 

Units 5 – 8

Completed

• Internal painting completed
• Cabinetry installed
• Stairs installed
• Waterproofing and screed completed
• Stone templates pick up by stonemason
• External render works and cladding completed

Upcoming

• Stone Installation within 2 weeks
• Tiling works currently occurring
• Flooring installation in 4-5 weeks’ time
• Final paint touch ups to follow
• Fit off for electrician, plumber and heating and cooling
