The development team are pleased to announce that construction is progressing very well at Baia Chelsea, the update as of Q4, 2022 is as followed:
- Steel columns have been installed to front 4 units with structural steel beams to be installed next week.
- Commencement of rough in trades starting in basement will commence within the coming weeks.
- Necessary waterproofing works around permitter of slab and edge of basement underway.
- Hebel party walls have been installed to separate each unit as per fire rating requirements.
- Scaffold scheduled within next 2 weeks to allow roofing to commence.
- Steel for rear 4 units installed and timber framing has commenced.
- Bricklayers onsite completing structural brickwork as required.
- Driveway under screed to be poured this week.
- Termite protection has been installed.
