Project Update – March 2021
Dear Ivory Purchasers,
The development team of Ivory are pleased to advise that the following works have been completed:
- The crane has been decommissioned
- Services layout up to the Penthouse unit is complete
- Mechanical units and its duct works have been installed in all apartments
- External cladding to the Western and Eastern walls are almost complete
- Window frames installation are almost complete with the exception of front facing Livingstone Street
- In wall electrical rough in completed up to Level 2
- In wall plumbing for the toilet and cisterns are almost complete
Anticipated completion is due mid-September 2021.
