Project Update – March 2021
Dear Park Ave Purchasers,
Milbex are pleased to advise that the following works have been completed onsite:
- The core of the building, being the lift and stairs are complete up to Level 6.
- The structure is complete to Level 3.
Anticipated completion is estimated to be December 2021 (subject to COVID restrictions).
