Property Update – September 2020
Dear Muna Purchasers,
Syndicate Property Group have advised that construction is still progressing on-site at Muna, Moonee Ponds. Whilst the team have adapted to the new COVID work site restrictions, unfortunately with limited builders on-site, this has led to a slight delay in settlement. We have been advised that Muna is likely to be completed in December 2020 with settlements to occur January 2021 at this stage.
Once we have further updates we will advise accordingly.
