Project Update – June 2021
Dear Park Ave Purchasers,
Milbex are pleased to advise that the following works have been completed onsite:
- Construction is complete up to Level 15. The core structure where the lift is housed, has topped out.
- Glazing is finished on the podium levels.
- Rough in has started on the lower podium levels.
The next part of construction to start at Park Ave is the window installation on the lower tower levels.
Anticipated completion is estimated to be December 2021.
