JD Group is pleased to advise that construction at Victoriana is progressing well, with the following works:
> Concrete works to Level 9 complete
> Façade installation to Level 1 70% complete
> Plaster framing to Ground Floor apartments commenced
> Services rough-in to Ground Floor apartments underway
> Services rough-in to Level 1 commenced
> Blockwork to services rooms commenced
> Substation hand-over
> Basements services works at fit-out stage
Anticipated completion is expected in early 2021.
