Jimtom Developments has advised that the builder has kept up excellent progress and as such is ahead of schedule with everything coming together beautifully.

The team are anticipating that the builder will achieve practical completion in October with settlements to occur in November.
It has been advised that purchasers should ensure they are in regular contact with their legal representative, as they will be receiving updates from the developers solicitors as they approach settlement in November 2020.
