Project Update – August 2020
JD Group & Hickory Group are pleased to advise that construction at Victoriana is progressing well with the following works being completed.
- Roof plant screen
- Bin chute installation complete
- High level services installation rough-ins: hydraulics at Level 15, mechanical & electrical at Level 14
- Concrete poured for Apartments 10.07, 14.01 and 14.05 pool
- Plaster sheeting Level 10 apartments
- Level 4 at final fit-off stage
- Joinery, tiling and timber flooring install up to Level 7
- Ground Floor metal screens & gates
- Ground Floor canopy glazing.
With Victoriana progressing well, anticipated completion is expected in mid-2021.
