Please find the following updates below from the builders on-site:

Apartments:

• Electrical – starting cut outs and striping on level 1 and 2 – will be ongoing scope
• Ground floor 1st fix completed, entry door to apart. Will be ongoing scope
• Level 1 1st fix – ongoing scope
• Internal plaster defects on level 1
• Plaster stopping have started on level 2 and will be ongoing
• Ground floor Kitchen – installation complete ( except on apart not built )
• Internal paint – base coat on level 1, level 2 will roll to next month
• Internal light court door installed – this area is 100% completed
• Lifts installation will roll to next month
• Roofing works to lower roofs structure, completed ( south )
• External waterproof membranes to lifts over run is complete
• External framing for cladding for balconies completed on all levels.
• External claddings (linings) in progress
• External paint – started , ongoing scope ( half of the building is completed )
• External shrouds and screening commenced and will be ongoing.
• All pre-cast panels installed
• All works for super-structure 100% completed
• Electrical works to obtain permanent power – on going
  Level 3 scaffold – dismantled

Townhouses:

• Metal structure – on going scope
• Framing – ground level completed
• Framing – level 1 will roll to next month
• Electrical – mains are installed

The estimated practical completion for apartment is around end of Nov to Dec 2023.
