Please find the following updates below from the builders on-site:
- Internal services (Electrical) Mains completed, starting cut outs and striping on level 1 and 2 – will be ongoing scope
- Ground floor 1st fix started, ongoing scope
- Roofing works to lower roofs structure, completed this month (south)
- Internal plaster sheeting has been started on L2, ceilings follow progressively
- Plaster stopping have started on level 1 and will be ongoing
- Ground floor Kitchen delivered to site next week, installation will be on going
- Internal paint –ground final coat will be on going , 1st on level 2 complete by end of week
- Internal light court waterproofing and pavers, completed.
- External waterproof membranes to panels is complete.
- External framing for cladding for balconies completed.
- External claddings (linings) in progress
- External paint – started, ongoing scope
- External shrouds and screening commenced and will be ongoing.
- Level 2 pre-cast panels installation , this week
- Formwork for Level 3 Suspended slab, starting next week
- Electrical works and reinforcement for last part of ramp complete by end of this week
- Pouring ramp on 17Th May
- Civil works on ramp area , starting on 28th June
- Lifts delivery on 17th July
The builder has advised they anticipate construction completion will be around late November.
