Dear Neue Purchasers,
Please find the following updates below from the builders on-site:
- Internal services (HVAC) Basement rough-ins are completed
- Internal services (Fire – wet) rough in Level 3 and corridors due to be completed by the end this month.
- Internal services (Electrical) Mains completed, starting cut outs in ground level apartments – will be ongoing scope
- Roofing works to lower roofs structure, completed this month( south )
- Internal plaster sheeting has been started on L1 late next week with L2 & L3 to follow progressively
- Plaster stopping have started on level 1 and will be ongoing
- Ground floor Kitchen delivered to site installation will be on going
- Internal paint – 1st coat will be on going with finish ceilings follow progressively
- External waterproof membranes to balcony hobs waiting to be rectified
- Internal waterproofing and shower screeds completed on ground level
- External framing for cladding for balconies in progress ,due to be completed this month.
- External claddings (linings) in progress
- Internal light court waterproofing and pavers Due for completion before month end.
- External shrouds and screening commenced and will be ongoing.
- Level 1 pre-cast panels installation , completed
- Ground works and reinforcement for ramp walls, completed
- Pouring ramp walls on 17Th May
- Civil works on ramp area , starting on 22nd May
The builder has advised they anticipate construction completion will be around late November.
