Dear Neue Purchasers,

Please find the following updates below from the builders on-site:

• Internal services (HVAC & Hydraulics) rough-ins are in progress on L3 due to be completed this month.
• Internal services (Fire – wet and dry) rough-ins on L2 on going due to be completed this month and L3 materials due for delivery next week
• External services (Fire – wet) in progress on Grd due to completed this week with L1, L2 & L3 to follow in progression. All due for completion this month.
• Internal services (Electrical) L1 apartments due for completion this week, L1 & L2  apartments due for completion by 22nd & 27th respectfully. L3 to follow. Mains to common areas in progress with MSB being placed in location this week ready for fit off’s to commence.
• Roofing works to lower roofs (false roofs) on L3 have been called up and site measurements taken, works to commence prior to months end
• Internal plaster sheeting has commenced on ground floor and will commence on L1 late next week with L2 & L3 to follow progressively
• External waterproof membranes to balcony hobs completed all levels
• External fire rated plasterboard linings to building perimeter has been completed all levels including vapour barriers.
• External framing for cladding in progress on L3, due to be completed this month.
• External claddings (linings) in progress on L3, due to be completed this month.
• Internal light court claddings completed, minor detail works in progress.  Due for completion before month end.
• Ramp are in progress with concrete pour schedule for late week ending march 25th.
• External shrouds and screening commenced and will be ongoing.

The builder has advised they anticipate the end of August for construction completion.
