Please find the following updates below from the builders on-site:

• Services rough-ins to apartments Grd to L2 (hydraulics, fire, mechanical) is 90% completed
• Services rough-in to apartments Grd to L2 (electrical) commences 16/01
• Services rough-ins to B1 & B2 70% completed
• Works to B1 exit ramp commenced
• Crane slab infils all completed with formworks due to be dismantled end of next week
• L3 framing and roof framing to be completed by 13/01
• Roofing installation scheduled to commence prior end of January
• External cladding commenced late December
• Glazing (windows and sliders) Grd to L3 95% completed
• Set outs, earthworks and screw piles to townhouses completed
• In-ground services to townhouses commences 16/01

The builder has advised they anticipate June or July for construction completion.
