  • Carpentry – Ground Floor entry doors all installed and hardware fitted off
  • Carpentry – All timbers have been installed on hobs and parapets for roof install on level 3
  • Carpentry – All stairwell doors have been installed
  • Carpentry – Back blocking rectification works 75% complete
  • Painting – Ground Floor entry doors Sealer coat has been applied
  • Painting – Level 1 Walls and Ceilings 2 coats ( Final Coat remaining)
  • Painting – Level 2 Walls 1 coat and Ceilings 2 coats
  • Tiling- 70% of floor tiles completed on level 1
  • Waterproofing – 1 Balcony has been tanked on Level 3
  • Waterproofing – 1 Plantar Box has been tanked Level 3
  • Framing/Plastering – VBA Fire Wall rectification works have been completed
  • Framing/Plastering – Level 3 Back blocking and Door frame timbers
  • Cladding/Shrouds – Cladding on Level 3 (80% complete) waiting on flashings for roof to complete remaining works
  • Cladding/Shrouds – External shrouds (90% complete) waiting on scaffold drop to complete remaining install
  • Cladding/Shrouds – Eave lining complete on Level 3
  • Electrical – Ground Floor non-compliant GPO’s relocated and rectified
  • Electrical – Rough In-complete in available apartments from GF – L3
  • Wet Fire  – All stairwell works complete sprinkler feeds and hydrants feeds
  • Wet Fire  – All Passage ways complete
  • Wet Fire – Rough in Complete to apartments above the ramp GF – L3
  • Wet Fire- Eaves fitted off on Level 3 over balconies complete
  • Wet Fire – Added Nozels to outstanding flex sprinklers
  • Dry Fire – Speakers on GF fitted off
  • Dry Fire – Rough in Level 1 -3 (80% complete)
  • Dry Fire –Smoke Detectors on GF fitted off
  • Windows/Glass – Entry Pivot door installed at Ground Floor
  • Mechanical – 80% of rough in complete to apartments
  • Hydraulic – 80% of rough in complete to apartments
  • Floor Preparation – Floor grind on balconies Level 3 (70% complete)
  • Floor Preparation – Floor grinding on Level 1 + 2 started
  • Vertical Transportation- Lift install on going
  • Garage Door – 100% installed with remotes and commissioned
  • Retaining Wall – Precast panel at back of G14 waterproof and filled with scoria

The anticipated practical completion is January 2024, and settlement is estimated to be around March 2024.
