• Carpentry – Ground Floor Apartment skirting started to carpeted bedrooms completed
• Painting – Level 2 entry doors Sealer coat and First Coat has been applied
• Painting – External Cladding and Wall Paint 95% completed
• Painting – Painting to catch up apartments on Level 2 commencing 6/12
• Tiling – Wall tiling continued 95% complete on Level 1
• Waterproofing – Level 2 Bathroom and Ensuite tanking has commenced
• Framing/Plastering – Level 3 Apartment Plasterboard Wall Hanging completed
• Framing/Plastering – Level 3 Plaster Stopping commenced and will be completed by 11/12

• Vertical Transportation – Lift 1 install completed
