• Carpentry –  Level 3 entry door installed and fitted off
• Carpentry – Door Hardware fit off on Level 3 and 2 complete
• Carpentry – Skirting to timber floor commencing
• Carpentry – Bathroom fixture install commencing
• Painting – All internal painting completed to apartments from level 3 to Ground Floor
• Painting – Only hoist apartments remaining for Second Coat on Ground Floor
• Painting – All external painting completed except Ground Floor
• Tiling – Level 3 – All apartments complete
• Tiling – Level 2 – 21/22 apartments complete
• Tiling – Level 1 – All apartments complete
• Tiling – Ground Floor – 19/20 apartments complete
• Tiling – Pod and Paver install complete on Level 1 and Level 2 balconies
• Tiling – Pod and Paver install 75% complete on Level 3
• Waterproofing – External waterproofing to balconies and pebbled areas commencing
• Waterproofing – Level 1,2 and 3 balcony waterproofing complete
• Framing/Plastering – All internal framing and plastering completed

The anticipated practical completion is May with settlement expected in June.
