The Developer’s of Immerse have passed on the following updates regarding Settlement estimations:
Builder’s have been pushing to make up for lost time as the footings were delayed 5 weeks due to the pandemic (15 tradesman out of action due to the pandemic last week).
There are 3 construction managers on site at all times looking at quality, timing and integrity of workmanship to ensure everything kicks on as quick as it can without any further delays.
Settlements are currently estimated for January 2023.
